Video shows how to easily use a Metronome to create a beat so Sam Porter Bridges can also climb while doing jump flying. In Death Stranding, there are no planes or helicopters, but by utilizing the method used in the video, you can actually take off into the sky to reach inaccessible places. Later, you can see Mama being carried in the air to show heavy cargo also works. Walkthrough on PlayStation 4 Pro version of Death Stranding.

Walk around the hallways and examine the hospital beds. In addition, find out all the details inside Amelie's office as you examine this Oval Office from many camera viewpoints. Note that in order for the floating carrier to be available, you must teleport (using Fragile) to the first map (Capital Knot City) and fabricate a floating carrier to put one in the private locker. You must do this before going to Edge Knot City, because after you reach that city, the fabricate printer is broken, preventing you from fabricating anything in the endgame of Death Stranding. The Floating Carrier allows you to safely access the lower levels, otherwise the fall will put Sam in Repatriate mode. Gameplay on PlayStation 4 Pro version of Death Stranding.

The crater shown is the huge ones caused by a voidout of Central Knot City from the beginning of the game. This crater is larger than Death Stranding Voidout Craters caused by normal gameplay BTs). Sam Porter Bridges also travels through the tunnel in the wall at Capital Knot city to visit the city buildings. The buildings there are miniatures in size (half height), but there are a buildings that are very modern. You also see Sam swimming upside-down and viewing fish close up.
