The Cold Autumn Wind (By Leon Miller)

On first thought I get the impression that the autumn wind seems cold -almost harsh-as I watch it blow the leaves from the trees, leaving them barren and empty.
But when I reflect more deeply I realize that the autumn wind is only playing a role in a greater purpose.
For is it not the leaves themselves that are destined to fulfill their purpose by being rejoined with the earth.
Isn't this process indeed the source of regeneration for the tree and new life for the leaf?
The wind only assists them in fulfilling their destiny.
