The target groups of HANSM are women, children and minority groups. (For more details please visit www.samohranimajki.homestead.com. We are currently working to provide emergency assistance to refugees from Kumanovo and Tetovo. The situation here is getting worse. Indeed, it has deteriorated to the point that we can no longer estimate the final number of refugees. Their numbers are growing each day. Your goodwill can help us. We are in immediate need of: milk litres of oil hygiene kits 3-day ration packs water mattresses 7-day ration packs diapers blankets kitchen sets stoves Sadly, little has changed in Macedonia over the last few months. Thus our mind is controling our destiny, our mind are constantly having negative thoughts. Buddha's teaching is, by MEDITATION one can have a clear and calm mind, and all the negative thoughts like hatred, ill-will, jealousy etc will have little impact on oneself. You will be surprised how it will affect u after u meditated. U will be more alert and feel less stress, most of all u will feel more relax and happy. One of the most wonderful thing during meditaion is, u will feel your body does not belong to u anymore, at least for 5-8 seconds if u are a beginner. U don't feel your body, just your mind and the breathing is all fully automatic. try it out and u will want to do more.

Estee, You have more warmth within you than you give yourself credit for. Your posts here speak volumes of the love and compassion you have inside. You have it there to give to others. Now you just have to try to give some of that love to yourself. Never be ashamed of your appearance. I know you've probably heard it countless times before but the real you is inside. Take a good look at the person you are inside. Your needs and desires, and you'll see that you really are a warm person. Reread your posts here and you'll see you've got some much to offer. You have to set those feelings free. You have to accept them in yourself before others will accept them. You have real value. Accept that about yourself. Thank you Kay and On The Path for you encouraging words of love. You're beautiful. My heart hurts and it's cold inside. I want to break free from this negative explanotory style I've developed. My Depression is lessening since I've taken back my life from my doctors who encourage me to take drugs and have almost killed me in the process. The drugs and their treatment have made my Depression last years longer than it would have on it's own. I want my life back. These drugs have made me suicidal. I've gained 75lbs. I hate myself and am so ashamed of my appearance. No one understands fully the shame. I feel so alone. I want love in my life. I don't know how to love. I only know how to hurt. It's so cold here. I want pray for the greatest guitar player who ever lived, Eddie VanHalen. He has had a tough time of it though some people poke fun and love to hate. Drug Users, Alchoholics etc. may be closer to their emotions than we are. Maybe they don't deny like we do - and just can't take it. Maybe they are super sensitive people who recieve from all of the channels that we don't and it's overload. For Robert Downey Jr. who is on the brink of death I pray for him too. I can relate to the man who says, "I put a shotgun in my mouth and I love the taste of the metal" I am a person who is suicidal understands his pain. Like John Belushi, everyone loved him and roooted for him but he was just self destructive and the "demons" just took over. I fear we will loose Robert and the beauty he has graced us with. Yet fear...what is it anyway right? I try to stay enlightened, it's so hard to kee growing. I am dying here. I feel like I have no support and like I am going crazy. Please God see me through this and help me to see that I am strongest when I think I am weak. God Bless Our Hearts.

I pray that I get accepted to the University of Vermont, not for worldly pleasures, but so that I can be educated and therefore help others. I also pray for an end to the horrible drug war that America is forcing upon its people. It truly is a shame to punish people for making personal choices, to treat the addict as a criminal and offer no real support, and for this I pray for the end to the drug war.
