Up to 4 players can play wirelessly against each other using the built in ad-hoc wi-fi connection.
There are 3 secrets or "easter eggs" inside this game.
In the Time Attack or Single Race, holding down "SELECT" while selecting course "mirrors" the course and everything including labels.
In the Time Attack or Single Race, holding down "SELECT" while selecting (confirming) the music (BGM) choice gives unlimited nitro.
A "New Rally-X" car can be raced in Ridge Racers if you finish at least level 9 of the included port of the "New Rally-X" arcade game, and you have at reached the tour providing them.
