GranTurismo HD with the arm of the spectator having a lower resolution than the banner graphic (polyphonic logo).
One way you can tell is to count the number of repeat horizontal pixels when viewing a slanted vertical line.
The arm has multiple horizonal repeats, while the polyphonic logo has none.
