ps3 need matching br board number?

my ps3 is a CECHG03. Motherboard number: SEM-001 1-875-384-11. I dont think the blu-ray is the right one for this ps3?
I bought it not working. The blu-ray mother board is BMD-001 1-875-350-31. It has a 410ACA 1 lens.
Does anybody out there know if this is the right blu-ray mother board with the wrong lens?
please can someone point me in the right direction!
