Prototype "boomerang" controller

Good day!
On E3 2005 we can see the new controller for PS3 . It have a futuristic style, but many fans didn't like this style. They called it "boomerang" or just banana. And now we have upgraded dualshock.

I have any questions about this gamepad.
Anyone know what model is it?(DECR-1010;CBEH-1010 or something)
Is it really to find this controller and buy it from developers?
