Problem on my PS3

Hello friends.
I would like some information to help me.
I have a PS3 80GB model CECHK 01 that is having trouble reading games Blu-Ray. No problem with other media (PS1 games, DVD movies, etc. ..), only with Blu-Ray. I wonder what type of player I should buy based on the stock for this site: http://www.dealextreme.com/ (search for "laser drive ps3").
I learned that my PS3 can be the version that uses a dual player, someone confirm this information?
