Bluetooth devices not synching after using YDL 6.1

Apparently, during shutdown on the Yellow Dog 6.1, the bluetooth are not reset correctly, thus when you reboot to GameOS, you are not able to synch your Sixaxis or Dualshock 3 or any bluetooth devices (like wireless keypad). The lights on your controller will keep flashing after you press the PS button. To solve this problem, simply press the power button until the PS3 turns off into standby. Then go to the back of the PS3 and turn off the main power switch. When it is off, press the secret reset button on all the controllers that are flashing. After you turn your PS3 back on from the back, you should be able to turn on your PS3 with your wireless controller again and your other bluetooth devices (like the wireless keypad) will sync and work again. This is a bug in the linux side, apparently during shutdown something did not work correctly.
