Supported languages in PS3

The PS3 supports 16 languages. Some languages cover multiple countries (in parenthesis).
Those in brackets indicate original source country of the language.

Although the PS3 is sold in many other countries than above, some native languages are not supported.
(For example: the native Devanagari script from Hindi language of India is not supported, and neither is Arabic in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other middle east countries)
