I need some help to anyone....

I think Suppertime has playing with us,,, he's attacking me twice....

I want to attack him but I think he has a big army,,, I'm has scout to his village and the result he has 2 soldier & 1 hero,,, and The residance at level 10 and city wall at level 13....

I need your advice......
