CONGRATULATIONS to all of u...... we have now reached 27 members and are growing also we are now rank 73 on the alliance list WELL DONE.
ok a few issues to be focusing on the first is: Fadi is a player who we have now declared hostile, as a result any players who have spare defensive troops please send them to reinforce Kinci (who is near that player) i realise there are other players in the firing line but we are going to make him attack kinci's village so we can beat him army, so the other members please hang in there and ask for any needed resources to focus on upgrading and infrastructure.
Secondly Shazza812 will be going around asking people for resources to send to either Blackcat (our biggest member) or edepot ( so the embassy can be upgraded to allow more members into the alliance. Please remember to give any spare resources to her as she will need to move alot of it very soon.
This next part of the post is to explain what all the different positions are within the alliance in case people dont understand:
Alliance Founder (edepot): His job is to oversee the general runnings of the alliance and make any of the big decisions, see the overall picture,etc
Commander in Chief (didems): His jobs is to be a jack of all trades, assisting in all roles. Also he keeps up to date everyone on what is happening in the alliance (by this forum or by PM). At the moment he also deals with most diplomacy between alliances.
Attack Coordinator (Damo2903): His job is to organise all attacking and generally reinforcing (if needed) within the alliance. ie he will organise amount of troops and when attacks happen and how to respond to attacks made by other players.
Resource Coordinator (Shazza812): Her job is to build big granaries and warehouses to have a big backup store of resources, that way she can distribute spare resources to other more needy players in the alliance, also she will organise the collection of such resources (usually by the forum or PM).
Growth Coordinator (ajlsayson):His job is to help with the growth of all the smaller villages with in the alliance. He helps them with tips on what to build and when, and also helps make suggestions how to avoids attacks and how to deal with them (of course he can be open to give any other advice).
Emperor (Blackcat): This position is simply awarded to the player with the largest population.
Central Intelligence(position not yet filled): His job is to scout villages and keep up to date in any intel about other alliances and players and the players within the alliance (generally the players within their area). If the alliance needs something scouted then that is his job so building quite a few scouts would be a good idea.
Foreign Affairs(Position not yet filled): His job is to deal with any diplomacy that our alliance would enter into, whether it be with another alliance or player or be it within our alliance. So as result would deal with creating the Confeds and NAP's and any negotiations with other players.
Sitters (we need a couple): These people log in on other peoples accounts when they are going to be offline for a long while. They keep the village turning over and they will continue to biuld the infrastructure and troops (at the owners descretion) and send any extra resources to their appropriate destinations.
